Christina M. Berry is the Director of Research and Administration providing research and market intelligence for Executive Management, Financial, Sales and Marketing, Human Resources, Information Technology and Engineering, and Legal search projects across a wide variety of industries. She possesses particular depth and research expertise in healthcare, higher education, industrial and consumer product manufacturing, defense contracting, financial services, technology, and professional services industries.
Experience
Christina joined RHI Executive Search in 2007 as a member of the founding team. In her role as Director of Research and Administration, Christina provides the Managing Directors, Principals, and Associates of RHI ES with strategic research as well as targeted candidate identification and development support. She has a strong background in developing source networks and maintaining a multi-industry, cross-functional talent database.
Prior to her career at RHI Executive Search, Christina served as a Project Manager for a Marketing and Promotional company in Boston, MA. There she performed market research and analysis projects for Fortune 500 companies primarily in the consumer goods and services industries.
Based in the firm’s Washington DC office, Christina directs research initiatives throughout the continental United States.
Personal and Professional Activities
Professionally, Christina has achieved the Advanced Internet Recruiter Certification (ACIR) from AIRS. She is also highly involved in Villanova University’s alumni network aiding in both professional development for recent graduates and new student outreach initiatives. Most recently, Christina was invited to participate in Villanova’s Leadership Series as a guest speaker. She is an active supporter of the Mocha Club, an organization that funds relief and development projects in Africa.
Christina graduated Magna Cum Laude from Villanova University with a BS in Marketing.
