Experience
Ed possesses over 30 years of global business experience, cultivated in start-ups to Fortune 100 manufacturing and service companies in both the public and private sectors. This includes senior financial and operational executive roles in the high-technology, Internet, telecommunications, video-conferencing, staffing and consulting services industries. He leveraged these years of experience in senior management as a Chief Financial Officer, Vice President-Finance & Administration and Controller.

His professional experience highlights include significant activity both as a senior financial executive and a consultant engaged with strategic planning, restructuring, mergers and acquisitions, international business, contracts, systems implementation, reporting and major business process enhancements.

Ed's working knowledge of these senior financial functional roles, coupled with his broad career background, presents a unique and differentiating strength in understanding and supporting the client's search requirements.

Based in the firm's Boston office, Ed conducts searches throughout the continental United States.

Personal and Professional Activities
Throughout his career, Ed has maintained involvement with numerous volunteer organizations and charities. He actively supports and participates in local community fundraising and charities, as well as Habitat for Humanity, Goodwill Industries and Meals-On-Wheels.

He is a member of the national Financial Executive Networking Group.

He earned his MBA from Suffolk University with Distinction and a BS from Bentley College with Honors.
