Kirk Bukowski is a Managing Director specializing in Financial, Healthcare and Energy search projects. Kirk co-manages the practices in those areas and has worked extensively with Professional and Financial Services organizations with a focus in Wealth and Asset Management. His practice focuses on executive management, financial management, operations management, sales and marketing, technology, legal, and human resources. Throughout his search career, Kirk has been a trusted partner to companies of all sizes in helping them identify, acquire and retain top talent in their respective industries and markets.

Based in the firm's Boston office, Kirk conducts searches both internationally and throughout the United States.

Experience
Kirk has over 20 years of experience in the search industry. Most recently, he owned and managed his own firm. Kirk's company originated as a search firm, however, Kirk's efforts developed into a national client base and the company quickly became a full service search and consulting firm. Kirk's firm enjoyed a strong reputation as a results driven, serviced based, consultative provider of human capital solutions. His firm provided a variety of services from Executive Search to training and development. Prior to starting his own firm Kirk held Executive and Regional level roles with several prominent firms.

Personal and Professional Activities
Throughout his career, Kirk has been involved with numerous organizations and charities. He is a past Treasurer of the Cohasset Chamber of Commerce. He was formerly the Boys Director of Cohasset Youth Lacrosse and serves on the board of the Cohasset Lacrosse Boosters. He is a coach at the youth and middle school levels and has coached in AAU Lacrosse.

Kirk attended St. Vincent College in Latrobe, PA.
