Leigh Chaban is a Managing Director specializing in executive and senior level searches. Her clients have included several Fortune 500 Clients as well as many emerging, well funded startups. Her areas of expertise include financial services, private-equity, healthcare, manufacturing and distribution, technology, professional services and non-profit clients.
Throughout her search career, Leigh has been a trusted partner and advisor to her clients in helping them identify, acquire and retain top talent in their respective industries. She takes a customized approach to each and every search.
Based in the firm’s Chicago office, Leigh conducts searches both throughout the United States and internationally.
Experience
Leigh has over 20 years of business and consulting experience. For the past 11 years, Leigh has been a senior member of the RHI Search and Placement Division, based in Chicago. She has been very influential in helping clients recruit Chief Financial Officers and other senior level, executive leadership type roles within their respective space.
She is repeatedly recognized by peers, clients and candidates alike as an "outstanding recruiter" who pays attention to "all of the details." She has earned an excellent reputation as a results oriented, search and placement professional and prides herself in gaining an in-depth understanding of both her client’s and candidate’s needs in order to engineer successful, high quality matches. During Leigh’s career at RHI, she has been recognized on numerous occasions as a high echelon performer and has consistently been ranked in the top tier of her peers around the world.
Personal and Professional Activities
Throughout her career, Leigh has been involved with numerous charities and organizations. She has donated her time as a volunteer to several Children’s charities, and has been active in her community teaching and mentoring under-privileged children in the inner–city. As an animal lover, Leigh is a member of PAWS and the anti-cruelty society. She is also an active member of a number of professional organizations including, “Professional Women’s Club of Chicago”.
Leigh attended Illinois State University where she majored in Mass Communications and Journalism.
