Winston Chou is a Senior Associate specializing in Human Resources, Financial Services and Legal searches.

Experience
Winston has extensive functional search experience in Finance, Human Resources, Legal/Counsel, Operations and Compliance. He has conducted searches in various industries including Financial Services, Healthcare, Manufacturing and Consumer Goods. Within these industries, his clients include investment banks, mortgage lenders, securities exchanges, securities brokers, major distributors and healthcare providers.

Before starting his search career, Winston's business experience included positions with a hedge fund, an emerging technology company, new media and the specialty foods industry. His focus was in operations, administration management, sales and marketing. Winston began his professional career with D. E. Shaw & Company.

Based in the firm's New York office, Winston conducts searches throughout the continental United States.

Personal and Professional Activities
Winston has been involved with contributing to various YMCAs, local animal shelters and children’s groups. He also supports his alma mater as an alumni interviewer. He is a tenor with the New York Choral Society, whose mission is to enrich the cultural life of the New York community by acting as music ambassadors at home and abroad as well as fostering community outreach, music education and youth participation.

Winston is a graduate of Dartmouth College.
