Ashley Constable is a Principal specializing in senior level and C-suite retained searches across multiple industry sectors.

Experience
As a member of the founding team for RHI Executive Search, Ashley has worked with a wide variety of national and international clients to help them build their leadership teams. She has extensive functional experience in Financial Management, Sales and Marketing, Human Resources, Communications, Technology, and General Management at the C-level. Her clients have included major companies in Financial Services, Healthcare, Insurance, Manufacturing and Distribution, Professional Services, Technology, Consumer Packaged Goods, Real Estate Development, Education, and Non-Profits. Her prior experience was with a boutique executive search firm, where she was a Senior Executive Recruiter specializing in Financial Services. Her clients were top-tier and regional investment banks and hedge funds that sought to fill corporate executive positions. Ashley began her career at Sanford C. Bernstein in Institutional Sales.

Based in the firm's New York office, Ashley conducts searches throughout the continental United States.

Personal and Professional Activities
Ashley is a member of the New York Junior League, an organization that aims to improve the lives of women and children in Manhattan. In addition, she teaches nutrition education to underprivileged children and adults to help improve their overall health.

Ashley is a graduate of New York University where she earned a Bachelor of Arts degree with honors.
