Ashley Constable is a Managing Director specializing in senior level and C-suite retained searches across multiple industry sectors.
Experience
As a member of the founding team for RHI Executive Search since 2007, Ashley has held numerous roles including Sr. Associate, Principal and Managing Director.
Ashley has worked with a wide variety of national and international clients to help them build their executive leadership teams. She has extensive functional experience in Financial Management, Sales and Marketing, Human Resources, Communications, Technology and General Management at the C-level.
Whether working with start up organizations or Fortune 500 companies, Ashley prides herself on providing her clients with a relationship driven, consultative search process. Ashley’s areas of experience include Financial Services, Healthcare, Insurance, Manufacturing and Distribution, Professional Services, Technology, Consumer Packaged Goods, Government, Real Estate Development, Education and Non-for-Profits.
Prior to RHI Executive Search, Ashley worked with a boutique executive search firm where she was a Senior Executive Recruiter specializing in Financial Services. Her clients were top-tier and regional investment banks as well as hedge funds that sought to fill corporate executive positions. Ashley began her career at Sanford C. Bernstein in Institutional Sales.
Based in the firm's New York office, Ashley conducts searches throughout the continental United States and internationally.
Personal and Professional Activities
Ashley is an active member of multiple philanthropic organizations in the New York area that mainly focus on underprivileged women and children. Additionally, Ashley teaches nutrition education to adults and children associated with Non-for-Profit organizations and community centers.
Ashley is a graduate of New York University where she earned a Bachelor of Arts degree with honors.
