Ashley A. Constable is a Senior Associate specializing in Financial Services and Healthcare search projects.

Experience
Ashley comes to RHI Executive Search from a boutique executive search firm, where she was a Senior Executive Recruiter specializing in Financial Services. Her clients were top-tier and regional banks and independent research companies that sought to fill corporate executive positions. Ashley began her career at Sanford C. Bernstein in Institutional Sales.

Based in the firm’s New York office, Ashley conducts searches throughout the continental United States.

Personal and Professional Activities
Ashley is a member of the New York Junior League, an organization that aims to improve the lives of women and children in Manhattan. In addition, she teaches nutrition education to underprivileged children and adults to help improve their overall health.

Ashley is a current Master’s Candidate at New York University where she also earned a BA in Psychology with Honors.
