Richard "Rich" Dobyns is a Senior Associate specializing in Technology and Human Resources search projects. He has over 25 years of experience in corporate recruiting and search experience in multiple industries that include Hospitality, Technology, Aviation, Aerospace/Defense, Education, Professional Services, Healthcare and the Public Sector. He has been an Executive/ Technical Recruiter and Search Consultant for companies that range in size from start-up to major Fortune 200 corporations.

Experience
Rich worked most recently at Marriott International, where he was an Executive Recruiter at Marriott's world headquarters. He provided recruiting leadership and support for six divisions: Information Technology, eCommerce, Sales/Marketing, Architecture & Construction, Lodging and Corporate Communications. In this role he staffed projects at both the corporate headquarters and internationally in Europe, the Middle East and Asia.

His prior experience was in providing recruitment consulting, Information Technology search and staff augmentation solutions for multiple firms and industries. Rich continues to provide thought leadership and best practices to many C-Level executives and leaders and has placed hundreds of qualified professionals globally.

Based in the firm’s Washington, DC office, Rich conducts searches throughout the continental United States.

Personal and Professional Activities
Rich is active in his church as a Music Director and supports and participates in many faith-based community outreach projects in Baltimore and Washington, DC. Rich is also a member of a number of professional organizations including the Staffing Alliance of Maryland Employers, the HR Leadership Foundation and the Society for Human Resources Management.

Rich is a graduate of Northern Virginia Community College.
