Randy began his recruiting career with Robert Half International specializing in Finance and Accounting placement. His search experience spans the non-profit, government services and private sectors. Within these sectors, his clients included law firms, government contractors and healthcare providers.

Prior to his search career, Randy's corporate experience included positions with an Internet technology firm, an Internet media firm and one of the nation's largest private insurance companies. In these positions he worked in Internet development, operations, accounting and marketing. Randy began his professional career with Broadband Television Network.

Based in the firm's Chicago office, Randy conducts searches throughout the continental United States.

Personal and Professional Activities
Randy has worked with a variety of civic organizations in the Washington, DC area. Currently he serves his community by volunteering through Greater DC Cares.
