Randy Gellman is a Senior Associate specializing in the placement of senior executives across all sectors. He executes searches for senior level management within financial management, sales and marketing, operational management, engineering and property management, and technology.
Experience
Randy's search experience spans the technology, manufacturing, healthcare, higher education, legal, medical device, and government contracting firms. Within these sectors, his clients have ranged from large universities, major for-profit and not-for-profit healthcare systems, associations, consumer goods manufacturers, industrial manufacturers, marketing services firms, and government sponsored agencies. The clients have ranged in size from $30M-$40B in revenues. Many of his clients have required the identification of candidates with a strong understanding of system implementations, operational process improvement, policy implementation, as well as contract negotiations and procurement. Randy began his recruiting career with Robert Half International specializing in Finance and Accounting placement.
Prior to his search career, Randy's corporate experience included positions with an Internet technology and media start-up and one of the nation's largest private insurance companies. In these organizations he specialized in search optimization, product development, analysis, accounting and marketing.
Representing both Chicago and Washington, DC offices, Randy conducts searches throughout the United States.
Personal and Professional Activities
Randy volunteers with multiple human rights organizations both in Washington, DC and nationally. He dedicates significant time to fighting hunger and supporting the homeless. He is a member of the Chicago Executive Club and the Healthcare Financial Management Association.
Randy is a graduate of The George Washington University.
