Experience
Sonja Hastings is a Managing Director with nearly a decade of search and placement experience, placing senior-level professionals in executive positions across various industries.

Her functional recruiting experience includes Accounting, Finance, Sales and Marketing. In this capacity, she has worked with Chief Executive Officers across a variety of industries to help them hire Chief Financial Officers and Vice Presidents of Sales and Marketing. Her clients have included well branded, high-value service organizations, advertising agencies, market research, consulting and technology firms. Most recently, she owned and managed a recruitment firm that places sales and marketing professionals in positions nationwide.

Personal and Professional Activities
Sonja has been involved with numerous community charity organizations, including volunteer work for the National Council on Alcoholism and other Drug Addictions. She has also spear-headed food donation and preparation programs for local San Francisco homeless shelters.

Sonja earned a BA in International Relations with an emphasis in Asia from the University of Colorado, Boulder.
