Experience
Mr. Hendrickson has served as Chief Executive Officer and President of a retained consultancy and served as a strategic partner to a select group of global financial services, information technology, telecommunications, venture capital, new media, and up-scale consumer goods industries.  Previously, Mr. Hendrickson was a Senior Partner and Director with a global executive search firm for eighteen years.  During this tenure he was also on assignment based in London, England and Paris, France.

Mr. Hendrickson has executed a broad range of assignments including chief executive officers, presidents, managing directors, chief technology officers, and executive vice presidents in most line and staff functions.  Additionally, he has worked extensively with early stage venture capital and private equity backed start-up companies.  He focuses on serving clients with international holdings and operations, including those in the financial services, information technology, e-commerce/Internet, media/entertainment, and consumer goods industries.  He has managed both domestic and international assignments.

Personal and Professional Activities
In 2006, Mr. Hendrickson was elected President of the Church Council, St. John’s Lutheran Church, Stamford, CT, and also chairs the Executive Committee.  He served as an elected Board Member of the Rainforest Alliance, New York, New York, from 1997 – 2003.  Mr. Hendrickson also serves on the Board of the 12m Yacht Development Foundation.
