Edward “Eddie” Lee is a Principal, specializing in the search and placement of executive leaders and senior level professionals across multiple sectors including; executive management, financial management, operations management, sales and marketing, technology, healthcare, legal, and human resources.

With over 14 years in the search industry, he has experience ranging from small to medium sized entities to the Fortune 1000. Eddie is passionate and always laser focused in helping his clients identify and ultimately secure their most valuable asset: their executive talent, in every search that he is involved with.

Based in the firm's Boston office, Eddie conducts searches throughout the United States and internationally.

Experience
Prior to joining RHI Executive Search Eddie owned and managed his own firm working with clients in the technology, education and healthcare industries.

Previously, he was a key contributor for several “boutique” search firms that focused directly on building successful management teams with early to growth stage venture backed companies. He’s conducted search assignments across a broad range of functional areas, including sales, marketing, technology, operations and finance.

Personal and Professional Activities
Eddie sits on the board of directors for the Hurricanes Athletic Club of Boston, provider of uncompromising sports programs to young adults with ties to Boston’s Chinatown community. He also coaches their basketball team that travels and competes nationally.

Eddie is a graduate of Boston University with a Bachelors of Arts degree in English and Economics.
