Kevin Logterman is a Managing Director specializing in Financial and General Management searches. Throughout his search career, Kevin has worked with companies of all sizes, building senior management teams and providing talent management solutions. His clients include leading companies located throughout the United States, in Manufacturing and Industrial Distribution, Professional Services and Consulting. He has experience working with public and private (closely held partnerships and private equity owned) organizations.

Experience
Kevin’s search experience includes the completion of over 150 searches at the Director, Vice President and C-level. He has recruitment experience in most major functions including Finance, Human Resources, Sales and Marketing and Supply Chain. In addition, he has authored numerous articles and delivered surveys on hiring, retention and other talent management issues.

Serving in sales and business development roles throughout his career, Kevin has over 20 years of business experience in Financial Services, Manufacturing and Consulting. He started his career in the Financial Services industry working with American Express.

Based in the firm’s Chicago office, Kevin conducts searches throughout the continental United States.

Personal and Professional Activities
Throughout his career, Kevin has maintained involvement in community and professional organizations. He has served as annual campaign chairman for The United Way, coached and supported numerous YMCA youth sports teams and serves his local church in a variety of functions. Professionally, Kevin is a member of The Human Capital Institute and Society for Human Resources Development.

Kevin is a graduate of The University of Wisconsin, Platteville.
