Wayne S. Mello is the President of RHI Executive Search. He specializes in the Financial, Information Technology and Legal functions.

Experience
Wayne has more than 30 years of experience in the recruitment industry.  He started his career at Scott Wayne Associates in Boston, where he served as Senior Vice President and Assistant General Manager, focusing on executive financial placements.  Wayne also founded and served as President and CEO of the Thelton Group, a holding company that owned and operated multiple specialized staffing companies throughout Florida.

In 1990, Wayne joined Robert Half International when the company acquired the Thelton Group.  As a District Director, Wayne oversaw Robert Half’s staffing operations in Southern Florida, New England and throughout the Northeast.  He was later responsible for all Eastern U.S. operations for the company, representing sales of more than $600 million.

In 1999, Wayne became Executive Director of the company’s Robert Half Finance & Accounting business and helped the division build market share in North America.  In 2004, he relocated to London, where he was responsible for Robert Half Finance & Accounting operations in Europe and the Asia-Pacific region.

Based in the firm's Boston office, Wayne conducts searches throughout the continental United States and Europe.

Personal and Professional Activities
Wayne is a well-known expert in the recruitment industry, having authored numerous articles on topics such as hiring techniques, professional development and executive job search strategies.  He also has spoken on various career and management related issues for audiences worldwide.  His philanthropic efforts include active involvement in the Make-A-Wish Foundation.

Wayne attended St. Anselm College in Manchester, N.H.
