Michele Monchek is a Managing Director with 25 years of experience in Finance, Accounting and Recruiting.

Michele started her career in recruiting with Robert Half International in 1994. More recently, she enjoyed success as an entrepreneur of her own search company. In both capacities, Michele worked extensively on senior level searches in the financial arena, serving a variety of industries but primarily specializing in hedge funds, private equity and real estate.

Based in the firm's San Francisco office, Michele conducts searches throughout the United States.

Personal and Professional Activities
Throughout her career, Michele has been known for professional mentoring and coaching. She’s also been involved in the animal assisted therapy program of the Marin Humane Society.

Michele has a BS degree in accounting from Seton Hall University in South Orange, New Jersey.
