Jill Morrissey is an Associate specializing in the search and placement of executive leaders and senior level specialists across all sectors including; executive management, financial management, operations management, sales and marketing, technology, healthcare, legal, and human resources. Assisting our various RHI ES Managing Directors, Jill conducts searches throughout the United States and internationally.
Experience
Jill is a licensed attorney, having first joined the Legal division of Robert Half International in 2004. Since then, Jill has embarked on a distinguished career with Robert Half in several offices nationwide. Jill has acquired a strong network of contacts throughout the United States, based on her 6+ years of creative search and placement activities in three diverse markets. With Jill’s unique contacts in different industries, she is able to identify top level talent for her clients.
Prior to working at Robert Half International, Jill was employed as a law clerk and an associate at a mid-sized Boston law firm for over 5 years. During her time at the firm, Jill handed trial litigation as well as corporate mergers and acquisitions. Jill's experience as an attorney allowed her to develop her research and negotiation skills, which have been invaluable to her in her role as an Associate.
Personal and Professional Activities
Throughout her career, Jill has been involved in supporting or leading community and professional organizations, including the Association of Legal Administrators in both Boston and Las Vegas, as well as the Society for Human Resources Management and the International Association of Administrative Professionals. Jill has also been a key speaker for the International Association of Administrative Professionals on several occasions, discussing changes in the workforce and compensation trends and tips for salary negotiation.
Professionally, Jill is a member of the bar in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and has been a member of the Massachusetts Bar Association. Jill graduated Cum Laude from Suffolk University Law School in 2002.
