Scott Owen is a Managing Director specializing in the search and placement of executive leadership roles in predominantly small to medium sized companies.

Scott helps these types of organizations build superior leadership teams who in turn create sustainable competitive advantages. Scott provides each of his clients with a consultative and collaborative approach. With extensive experience in financial management, executive management, operations management, sales and marketing, technology, legal and human resources, Scott is able to quickly and effectively match his clients’ needs with the industries top level executives.

Based in the firm's Southern California office, Scott conducts searches throughout the United States and internationally.

Experience
Scott has over a decade of search experience helping build effective and results oriented executive teams both nationally and internationally across a variety of industries and verticals.

Prior to joining RHI Executive Search, Scott held various leadership roles with Robert Half International. Additionally, Scott operated a successful boutique search firm, based in Seattle, Washington for several years, focusing on global executive level searches. Scott’s business acumen coupled with a unique understanding of his clients’ needs and ability to develop top level talent has been instrumental in his continued success.

Personal and Professional Activities
Scott has continually been involved with charities and helping his community thrive by volunteering his time. Scott is an active assistant coach in youth sports. He currently resides in Carlsbad, CA with his wife and two children.

Scott attended Middle Tennessee State University where he focused in Finance.
