Paul Weinberg is a Managing Director and founding member of the Executive Search practice for Robert Half International in Toronto. Paul is active serving both public and private companies, primarily focusing on senior level finance and operations searches. During his tenure at RHI Executive Search, Paul has completed numerous senior management and executive level searches across a wide spectrum of industries. He focuses on the recruitment of executive-level financial (CFOs), information technology, sales and marketing, legal and human resources professionals, as well as CEOs and COOs across all industry sectors.

Based in the firm's Toronto office, Paul conducts searches throughout Canada.

Experience
Beginning his professional career with KPMG within the private client group, Paul attained his Chartered Accountant designation and specialized as a tax professional. Paul quickly moved into management roles and was promoted to a Senior Manager before leaving KPMG to begin his search career.

Prior to joining Robert Half International, Paul was a senior member of a Toronto-based boutique search firm where he had great success developing business and executing searches for both private and publicly traded companies in a diverse range of industries (Financial Services, Real Estate and Professional Services).

Personal and Professional Activities
Paul is currently a member of the Ontario Institute of Chartered Accountants and has completed the Canadian Institute of Chartered Accountants in-depth tax program. Paul is a Member of the Board of Directors for the Canadian Shaare Zedek Hospital Foundation. In 2008, he co-chaired the annual fundraiser and in years past, served as the co-chair for the annual golf tournament.

He completed his undergraduate degree in Business at York University.
